Migrate To Invotide Using Excel File
If you're migrating to a Invotide store from an existing Invotide store, or from any other platform, then you can use the Invotide Excel Data Migrator module to import your product, customer, and inventory data.
To migrate from one Invotide store to another, you need to first export your product, customer, and inventory data to CSV files, and then import this data using the Excel Import module.
Steps:
- Export the following data from your current Invotide store:
- Products
- Customers
- Inventory
From the Invotide admin panel of your new store, navigate to Modules > Excel Data Migrator.
Select the import tab and tick the option you want to import.
After choosing if you want to import products or categories, upload the excel file that was exported from your other Invotide store.
Click the "Import Data" button to complete the process.

Migrating from another platform
When you're migrating to Invotide from another platform, you need to first export the store data from your current platform and add it to CSV files in a format provided by Invotide Excel Data Migrator module. Then you can import this data using the module.
Steps:
Export your store data.
Use the CSV templates for products, customers, and inventory to make sure that your data is in the acceptable CSV file format.
From the Invotide admin panel of your new store, navigate to Modules > Excel Data Migrator.
Select the import tab and tick the option you want to import.
After choosing if you want to import products or categories, upload the excel file that was exported from your other Invotide store.
Click the "Import Data" button to complete the process.
Review and update your imported data
If your data import was successful, then you should see your data in your Invotide admin panel. If some of your products or customers didn't import successfully, then you can add them manually. Learn how to add a product in Invotide.
