One major request we receive from sellers is to make it easier for customers to contact them. We are glad to announce that a new contact button has been added to store product pages. Now customers can contact sellers directly from the product page and connect through WhatsApp, SMS, Email or Phone Call. See screenshot below for details.

When a customer clicks the "Contact Seller" button on a product page, they will be able to select a channel and ask the seller questions regarding the product. See screenshot below for details.


By providing multiple means of communication, you can improve your customer support service and boost sales. 

Please note that you don't have to do anything to activate seller contact button as it is already active on all Invotide stores. Feel free to try it out and let us konw what you think by sending email to support@invotide.com. You can also create a support ticket through your client account if you experience any issue and we will do our best to resolve the issue as fast as possible.
